The mission of Relieve Your Mind is to guide you to discover and release whatever is causing you stress or unhappiness so that you can begin to live the life you want. Whether through hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique or any other all-natural method, together we will create the life you want.
The focus of the techniques I use is to help individuals heal, energize, find hope after loss, and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
My goal is to help you relieve stress, find hope after loss, heal from pain, and create the life you want. Hypnotherapy and EFT are simply two methods I use to help you manifest that life.
I’m a graduate of the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the country’s first college of Hypnotherapy to receive national accreditation. It was founded in 1968 by Dr. John Kappas, and it’s located in Tarzana, California.
At HMI, I received a complete and extensive program of classes, workshops and demonstrations as well as a thorough clinical internship.
As a certified Hypnotherapist, I continue to study and research hypnotherapy as well as other alternative and holistic healing methods in order to broaden my scope of knowledge and to remain apprised of new findings and information.
Since receiving my certification in January 2013, I have gone on to become a speaker and teacher of stress relief, hope after loss, as well as of other natural healing techniques, including Emotional Freedom Technique, Guided Meditation, Law of Attraction, acupressure, and others. I have also published a book on the subject of stress relief, Achieving Tranquility: How to Release Stress so You Enjoy Life More. I’m currently writing a book titled, Hope After Loss, which addresses grief of all types and how best to deal with it.
