Emotional Freedom Technique - Saturday, March 6th, 2021, 1-3 p.m.

Do you sometimes feel as though you are blocked from experiencing the best of life:  higher income, better romance, improved health, less weight, more sleep?  Are there negative things you'd like to be rid of once and for all so that you can enjoy your life more?  If so, or even if you'd just like to improve your life further, come and learn this easy, all-natural technique.  It's based on an ancient Eastern healing system that's thousands of years old, and it's remarkably effective and fast-acting. 


Stress & Anxiety Relief Techniques - Saturday, April 10th, 2021 1-3 p.m.

During our time together we will learn how to recognize and avoid, reduce or eliminate stressors in our lives.  Utilizing various techniques, including EFT (short for Emotional Freedom Technique) we will reduce tension, promote a deeper mind-body connection, and manage symptoms of anxiety, depression or stress. Lowering the body’s stress response and promoting relaxation may work to lower the cortisol level in the body.
